• Click on the PAY FOR EXAM button (a separate browser window should open)
• Follow the instructions to pay for your exam
• Write down your ORDER NUMBER and close the browser window
• Click on the CONNECT TO PROCTOR button
• Input your name, email address, phone number, Exam Name, and Order Number from
• your email receipt (You can also use the last four digits of the card you used to pay
• with)
• Click: Start Chat

About MonitorEDU

MonitorEDU has been approved by the Risk & Insurance Education Alliance to serve as your proctor - the service allows you to take your test from home or your office. You will connect to the proctor with your smartphone camera and your computer. You can also use a second laptop tablet (ipad) as a camera.

Setting up your mobile phone

• We use google meets to connect
• Go to your app store and add the google meets app on your phone or mobile device
• Once you open the app, you can create a meeting - and check to make sure your camera works
• Note, if you do not have a GMail account, you do not need one, but you may have to connect with the proctor to test 
• If you do not have a phone you can use a tablet (ipad) as your camera.

Internet Connection

• You need a minumum of 1 MBPS - you can check your speed by going to  https://www.speedtest.net/     .

Other thing to Know

• Make sure your phone is fully charged and plugged into its charger
• Make sure your wifi is connected
• Make sure your testing area is clean and you only have the resources
• allowed - the proctor will have you remove any items that are not allowed
• Make sure test area is well lit The room should be quiet
• Study, study, and study some more!
• Pay for your test and keep your receipt number $18 per session.
